Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I would like to tell you a little more about myself.

I am a qualified and BACP Registered Integrative Therapist incorporating my knowledge of various psychological and therapeutic techniques into my successful practice in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. 

​

​I have built my practice over the last 6 years and have had the pleasure of helping hundreds of people to work through mental challenges and make significant and positive changes in their lives.​

 

As well as a long career in Beauty and Clothing Retail, I have also spent some years working within a Mental Health Hospital as part of a team attending to the physical, the mental and emotional well-being of patients. This time and experience have given me a dynamic understanding of human nature, behaviours and mental challenges which in turn assists in informing my therapeutic work today.

Working on myself and deepening my spiritual connection has led me to learn about how energy works. It has become apparent to me that natural methods of healing have been lost, albeit necessary in providing an alternative to traditional medicine. In the distant past, our ancestors had innate wisdom that they used to heal themselves, more of us are reconnecting this wisdom at this time.

My love of holistic health has led me to expanding my business to incorporate services which encompass the essence of soul and spiritual healing. It is without question that spiritual and relaxation practices are becoming more widely recognised for the treatment of mental health issues and the science is there to evidence its positive outcomes.

It is my vision and hopes that we can reach and maintain optimal mind and body health by incorporating holistic practices into our daily lives.
